To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Clearance items (items 50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the label.
All return requests must be processed by our online Return Portal. If you placed an order online and want to return an item, please click here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account. Note that if a shipping label was provided to you, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the above time-frame, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed by your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
International returns initiated due to invalid shipping address or delivery failure will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee AND any taxes, customs and duties charged will also be deducted from the refund amount.
